PURCHASE COVERS: Purchase of this item covers shared use of a Aquacraft jetski, and is limited to the time required to complete the practical elements in the session. Price is per person using the Jetski.

IMPORTANT: By purchasing this product you agree to personally accept full liability. Aquacraft will not be held as liable for any damage, harm, illness, injury or death which may occur from the use of this equipment.

You also agree that the Jetski will be operated at only slow speeds and as instructed by the Course Supervisor. Any deviation from instructions will result on the equipment no longer being made available without refund.

INSURANCE: If you wish to have insurance cover for the use of this equipment you agree to take out your own appropriate personal insurance.

DAMAGE: By purchasing this product you agree to fully cover the financial cost of repair or replacement to fix any damage to the equipment, or the insurance excess. Which ever is lesser .
